What we do on social
We plan and produce social content for brands: the campaign idea, the content calendar, the films, stills and copy, and the reporting that shows what worked. We do not buy media or chase followers. We make work that is worth sharing and put it in front of the right people.
The advantage of being part of a production group is that the content is made, not found. The product is filmed in our studio. The set is built in our workshop. The launch is photographed on the day.
One idea, not a stream of posts
Accounts that post daily without a point quickly look the same as everyone else. We start with a single idea that the brand can own for months and design every post to add to it. Each post makes sense alone, and together they tell a story a viewer wants to follow.
The idea is tested against who the audience is and what they respond to, then planned as a sequence.
Content we produce
Short films for the main platforms, cut for each format. Product and campaign photography. Motion graphics and CGI where a product does not exist yet. Copy, captions and hashtags written for the audience. Press kits and launch sequences for the moments that matter.
Planning and publishing
We agree a calendar with you in advance, so you see what is coming. Content is approved by you before it goes out. We can publish for you or hand over files for your own team. Nothing is posted that you have not seen.
Measuring
We report on the things that matter to the business: reach among the right audience, engagement that leads to action, enquiries and sales traced back to a post. We drop what is not working and do more of what is.
Briefing us well
The best social work starts from one clear sentence about what you want people to think, feel or do after seeing it. Tell us who they are, where they already spend time and what they currently believe about you.
Send what you have: product, premises, people, past posts that worked and ones that did not. We look at what your audience already responds to before suggesting anything new.
Tell us the limits too. Things that cannot be shown, words that cannot be used, sign-off steps inside your company. It is quicker to design around a limit than to discover it after the content is made.
Formats and how they are made
Each platform rewards a different shape. A short vertical film suits one place, a carousel of stills with a clear sequence suits another, and a longer film with captions suits a third. We plan the formats from the idea, then make each natively rather than cropping one master.
Because we film, photograph, render and edit in-house, a single shoot day can produce a month of material: wide and close views, short loops, stills and sound. Captions, titles and end frames are written to work with the sound off, since most people watch that way.
Where the product is physical, we can show the making, the detail and the finished piece, which is often the most engaging material a brand has.
Approval and what happens after publishing
You see the calendar before anything is made, and each piece before it is scheduled. We keep a record of what was approved and when, so the team always knows what is live.
Comments and messages are part of the channel. We agree in advance how replies are handled, who answers questions about product or price, and what is passed to your own team.
After publishing, we look at which pieces held attention and which did not, and we use that to plan the next batch. The idea stays fixed; the execution improves.
Working with your own team
Many brands have someone inside who already looks after social. We are happy to work beside them, supplying the idea, the film and the stills while they keep the voice of the day-to-day account.
We hand over a simple guide to the look, the tone and the things to avoid, so anything your team posts between our batches still feels like the same brand.
What is included
Questions
Do you run paid advertising?
No. We make the content and the idea. Media buying is a separate skill and we keep it separate.
Which platforms do you cover?
The main ones for brands: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook, chosen for your audience.
Do you make the content or only plan it?
We make it, in-house.
How often would we post?
As often as the idea can carry. A planned few strong posts beat daily filler.
Can we approve everything first?
Yes. Nothing is published without your approval.
What do you need from us each month?
Product or news updates, access to anything we need to film, and approval of the calendar and content within the dates we agree.
Do you write the captions?
Yes. Captions, titles and any on-screen words are written with the content and approved by you before publishing.
